• This campaign is open to all existing Naasa clients with a valid client code.

• Existing clients can use their Naasa client code as a referral code for new account openings.

• Non-Naasa clients must first open an account with Naasa to obtain a client code, which can then be used for referrals.

• A client will receive one official National Men's Cricket Team jersey upon successfully referring 10 new clients.

• Referred clients must open DEMAT only, Trading only, or DEMAT + Trading accounts.

• The referral will be counted only after the KYC of the new client is approved.

• If a KYC is rejected but later resubmitted and approved, it will still count towards the referral tally.

• Once eligibility criteria are met, the reward will be processed immediately.

• Rewards can be collected from Naasa's Kathmandu Head Office, Janakpur Branch, Birgunj Branch, or Pokhara Branch.

• Clients not residing near these offices will receive the reward via courier delivery.

• For international clients, the reward will be handed over to a nominated close relative residing in Nepal.

• Duplicate, fake, or invalid accounts will not be considered.

• Once a client claims the reward, they cannot claim again even if they meet the criteria multiple times.

• Naasa employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• Naasa reserves the right to verify all referrals and client accounts before approving rewards.

• Any fraudulent activity, misuse of referral codes, or violation of terms will result in disqualification.

• In case of disputes, Naasa Securities' decision will be final and binding.

• Naasa reserves the right to modify, cancel, or terminate the campaign at its discretion without prior notice.
